BEST PRACTICES DATABASE OF MORAVIAN-SILESIAN REGIONEnglish summaryThe Best Practices Database of Moravian-Silesian Region (BPD MSR) was created during the Phare project „Partnership 2003“ which was financially supported by the European Union and the Estimates. It is the first regional database of best practices in the Czech Republic. BPD MSR brings into practice one of the recommendations of the “Human resources development strategy for the Czech Republic” that was approved by the Czech government in March 2003. BPD MSR is also in accordance with and contributes directly to on of provisions of the Moravian-Silesian Region development programme 2001-2004. The aim of BPD MSR is to provide real practices which can help organizations to improve and, through such improvement to strengthen competitiveness of Moravian-Silesian Region. The Database is based on the motto “Knowledge in partnership”. It means that partners are willing and ready to share their experience and knowledge and make it accessible by the others. In the initial stage BPD MSR includes the following modules, created by the partner organizations listed below:

Modules are ready for reading and download from web page www.bestpractices.cz (upon registration). Two educational parts (Cooperation among public sector and entrepreneurs, Business ethics) are free of charge, rest of them are downloadable with small fee. BPD MSR was approved by the Council for Human Resources in Moravian-SilesianRegion. The company of HM Partners Ltd. has been chosen as an database administrator. |
